Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Please state the reason for cancellation. The return or refund is considered if an individual or company would have used less than 25% of the credits allocated in the plan in that month.

REFUNDS After receiving your return request and inspecting the state and condition of the account, company will decide the next course of action as mentioned in the Returns policy. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In case of duplicate plan purchases, we will audit our account and get back to you regarding the information. In such cases, we will cancel the duplicate payment plan and you will have only one plan active. Also, the credits will be automatically adjusted to your current billing cycle.
