We are a technology company on a mission to make communication accessible for everyone, regardless of their ability to speak or hear. Our solution, SIGNER.AI, is a real-time sign language translation platform that converts speech and text into sign language in a scalable and cost-effective manner.
Our team at Incluistic Private Limited is made up of a diverse group of individuals, including people with and without disabilities. We believe in building a product that is developed by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities, in consultation with people with disabilities.
Ankit Jindal is the founder and CEO of Incluistic Private Limited, the parent company of SIGNER.AI. Ankit is a person with vision disabilities and is a strong advocate for disability rights. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management Studies at Delhi University, and has over 16 years of corporate experience.
In 2015, Ankit had the opportunity to represent India at the Conference of State Parties at the United Nations global Disability Conclave in New York. It was during this conference that he had the idea for SIGNER.AI, after struggling to communicate with a deaf roommate. Ankit worked with his non-profit organization, Friends for Inclusion, and the International Institute of Information Technology in Bangalore to research and develop a sign language translator.
With his passion for helping those with disabilities, Ankit decided to bootstrap the development of SIGNER.AI with the support of friends, family, and corporate sponsors. His dedication has paid off, as the company has received several awards and accolades, including the National Award from the President of India, the Smart Solutions Challenge and Inclusive Cities Award from the United Nations, and the Universal Design Award. Ankit is committed to using SIGNER.AI to break down communication barriers and promote the standardization and ubiquity of sign language and deaf culture in society.
Our team of advisors includes a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of experiences and expertise. These advisors include corporate leaders in the banking, energy, FMCG, textile, and other sectors, as well as experts in disability advocacy, social enterprise, and more. They provide valuable guidance and support as we work towards our mission of improving accessibility and communication for people with disabilities.
Our company, Incluistic Private Limited, has established partnerships with various organizations in order to further our mission of improving accessibility and communication for individuals with disabilities. One of our key partnerships is with Friends For Inclusion, a non-profit organization that works towards empowering persons with disabilities. We have also collaborated with the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Bangalore to research and develop our solution.
In addition, we have received financial support from companies such as Mphasis, NTT DATA, and RRD, as well as from friends and family members. These partnerships and grants have been crucial in enabling us to continue the development of SIGNER.AI and bring it to the market.
Our long-term vision is to make SIGNER.AI the go-to platform for sign language translation and interpretation, and to promote the usage, standardization, and promotion of Indian Sign Language and other sign languages around the world.
